Bookings For a group Bowls Party

you must book and pay a deposit within 10 days of making booking to secure your reservation.

Costs $12.00 per Bowler for bowls hire, & green fees.

(cash payment at the Bar - receipt and wristband issued).

ONLY PERSONS WHO HAVE PAID AND DISPLAY A WRISTBAND ARE ENTITLED TO USE CLUB BOWLS AND FACILITIES

NO WRISTBAND NO PLAY!

Cancellation Policy

All monies are refunded if the Bowling Club cancels the event due to weather conditions,

or if cancellation is no later than 7 days prior to party date.


BAREFOOT RULES

Food or drink are never allowed on the playing surfaces.

Throwing lawn bowls which results in damage to the playing surface

will result in an instant dismissal from Club premises for the person involved.

Foul, loud or abusive language will not be tolerated and if persisted with,

may result in the party's cancellation.

Because of previous uncontrolled minors, children under 10 are NOT permitted on the Greens,
Parents are reminded of their responsibility to maintain control of children at all times,

failure to do so may result in the party's cancellation.

Days and Times

Any day dependent on Club competitions & green availability.

Anytime from 10am to dusk

( Maximum 2 hours. Call the Club on 95247515 press 4 to confirm date/time availability)

Footwear Soft, flat sole enclosed shoes are required. (sandshoes, joggers, etc.) or barefeet.

Dress Code Players are required to dress in neat & tidy attire on greens, and Club’s surrounds.

Visitors entering the Club must sign the register and abide by the Club dress regulations.

(No singlets or caps inside club).
Beverages/Food

All food and drinks (alcoholic/soft) consumed on Club premises must be purchased from the Club

(full bar facilities and tray service is available).
